Anuca Skills Foundation works closely with the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and Ministry of Rural Development in the state of Punjab catering to the districts of Fazilka, Ferozepur, SBS Nagar, & Mohali. Most of the families living in these districts are engaged in unorganized or low-income jobs hence they are unable to provide decent education to their wards. Parents are unable to fund education beyond 8th grade and hence we have a high drop-out rate. There are children who do not have access to basic education. Anuca Skills’ initiative is to provide basic education to the children by providing financial support, raising awareness in the children about education, & providing supplies for education through organized camps.

Anuca Skills plays a crucial role in addressing health-related issues and providing healthcare assistance to underserved communities in India by organizing health camps throughout the year. We collaborate with reputed health professionals who selflessely provide free medical consultations, treatment and medicines. These camps promote overall well-being of the communities.

Anuca Skills Foundation is working to tackle the pressing issue of rising rate of unemployment in India. To combat this issue, we are providing employment opportunities to youth to help them build sustainable careers. We have successfully offered job placements to 350+ youth. We are working on youth making them job ready by providing the required skills thus contributing to the economic growth of the nation.

At Anuca Skills we believe in Education, Enterprise and Empowerment, by and for Rural Women. As McKinsey study highlights, fully closing gender gaps would add $ trillion to annual GDP by 2025. Our women empowerment programs support women’s aspiration to transform themselves and their communities. The program provides them with opportunities to embark on an empowerment journey, a journey to gain confidence, skills and knowledge that the women need to reach their full potential as agents of sustainable change and to support their entrepreneurial aspirations.
